
In line with the UTAR 10-Year Strategic Plan 2023-2032 and the university management’s ongoing commitment to fostering a Conducive Working Environment and Culture of Inclusion (CWECI), we are pleased to invite all staff members to participate in the UTAR Organisational Climate Survey 2025.
This survey represents a key initiative to assess the current organisational climate and to better understand the experiences and perceptions of our staff members across all faculties, divisions departments, centres, institutes and units. The feedback gathered will provide valuable insights to guide future strategies, policies, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the working environment and culture within the organisation for staff wellbeing, engagement, and institutional effectiveness.
