In line with the UTAR 10-Year Strategic Plan 2023-2032 and the university management’s ongoing commitment to fostering a Conducive Working Environment and Culture of Inclusion (CWECI), we are pleased to invite all staff members to participate in the UTAR Organisational Climate Survey 2025.

This survey represents a key initiative to assess the current organisational climate and to better understand the experiences and perceptions of our staff members across all faculties, divisions departments, centres, institutes and units.
